1-Introduction:

How is an Adjustable Banner Stand Printed?

The adjustable banner stand is printed on 440 gsm banner material. Due to its large size, it is produced using outdoor printing technology.

After printing, the top and bottom edges of the banner are fixed onto two metal rods (the upper and lower poles). This can be done by either:

• Rolling and gluing the edges around the rods, or

• Creating circular holes reinforced with metal eyelets, then securing them to the rods using plastic ties (zip ties) or metal rings.

In addition to that, it is recommended to also secure the side edges of the banner to the vertical metal poles using the same eyelets and zip ties. This ensures that the banner is displayed perfectly flat and even, without any wrinkles or distortions.

How to Design a Banner Stand:

When designing an adjustable banner stand, regardless of the design size, it is very important to follow these guidelines:

1. Top and Bottom Margins:
   Always leave a 32 cm margin at both the top and bottom of the design.

2. Side Margins:
   Leave 5 cm of space on each side of the design.

3. Extra Height for Mounting:
   Increase the total height of the design by 16 cm at the top and 16 cm at the bottom, keeping these areas filled only with the background or base color of the design.

Please note that all margins and extended areas included in the design size must remain empty, containing only the background or design texture, without any text, logos, or important graphic elements.

How to Install a Banner Stand:

• Top and Bottom Poles:
  Both are assembled in the same way. Each pole comes in two parts. Unscrew the plastic adjustment knob (as shown in the video), then connect the two pieces together using the internal screw.

• Side Poles:
  At the bottom of each side pole, there is a screw. Unscrew it first, then attach and tighten it into the metal base (stand leg).

• Adjusting the Height:
  After fixing the poles to the lower base, loosen the upper and lower plastic knobs to extend the side poles according to the size of your printed banner.

• Securing the Frame:
  Each side pole has a screw at both ends. Unscrew these, then attach them to the side frames. Repeat the same process for both the top and bottom poles to complete the setup.

Banner Stand with External Frame:

The Banner Stand with External Frame is one of the display stands specifically designed to showcase printed banners and advertising messages.
Unlike the Adjustable Banner Stand, this model has a fixed size that cannot be altered. It is available in a single standard dimension: 180 cm (height) × 80 cm (width).

This stand features a metal frame that surrounds the entire structure, providing durability and a premium look. It comes in two main types:

How to Print a Banner Stand with External Frame:

The fixed banner stand can be printed using various materials such as Banner, Glossy, or PVC Sheet — depending on the client’s preference.

Here’s how each material is prepared:

1. Banner Material:
   If the client chooses banner material, the design is printed directly onto the banner.
   After printing, four metal eyelets are added — one in each of the four corners (top and bottom) for easy mounting.

2. Glossy Material:
   If the client selects glossy material, a transparent protective layer (lamination) is applied after printing to protect the design from external factors such as dust and humidity.

3. PVC Sheet:
   If PVC Sheet is chosen, the process differs slightly. The design is first printed on vinyl material, and then a transparent lamination layer is applied over the vinyl to protect it from weather conditions.
   The printed vinyl is then mounted onto the PVC sheet, excess edges are trimmed, and finally, four metal eyelets are added — one on each corner — to prepare it for installation.

 

How to Install a Banner Stand – Installation Method for a Banner Stand Near Open or Outdoor Areas:

1. Attach the Base Frame:
   Connect the metal rods that form the lower part of the frame to the base — whether it is a metal base (for the indoor stand) or a plastic base (for the outdoor stand).

2. Assemble the Outer Frame:
   Continue connecting the remaining metal rods until the full outer frame structure is assembled.

3. Mount the Printed Banner:
   Secure the printed banner using four metal springs, each connecting the metal eyelets on the banner to the circular rings fixed on the outer metal frame.
